The US$27 billion Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF), administered by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), is designed to finance hundreds of thousands of clean energy, net-zero transportation, and decarbonization projects across the United States. The program is also one of the largest under the US$369 billion Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) enacted in 2022.
